Hmm...maybe you should contact the local Planned Parenthood office and set up an appointment. They'd probably only give you a pregnancy test too, but you could describe what kind of symptoms you're having and maybe they'll be able to identify what exactly is going on and get you a doctor.
well i know that my girlfriend has irregular periods where she doesnt get them every month but when she does they last for longer than a month...
but maybe if ur getting sick you should go to a doctor and maybe they could tell you if your pregnant if your affraid to tell your parents try to have a friend to drive you see if you can find out any information

Talk to a close friend and relative.Tell someone u trust and ask them to help u and guide u. And u can even have posters or reminders pasted on ur wall saying.. ';Stop the drugs! Or u'll regret it!'; or whatever that would sorta impact you.
It's good that u take the initiative to ask for help here..but after we've given our advice..it is all UP to YOU.. to do it. You either DO it or SCREW it.
Your life is hanging on a thin thread. So you gotta make a good decision.

Tryouts are in like, four weeks. I've not gotten a chance to go to our schools few designated gyms that offer tumbling and trainging. One, because I have no ride, and two, I'm completely and utterly terrified. Not only have I never cheered, but I haven't been in gymnastics for a decent eight years.
The bitter truth - I can't even cartwheels anymore. Nor can I handstand.
Plusses - I'm smaller than five foot and less than 100 pounds, my friends, many of which cheered on last season's team, really want me to join and think I would make a great flyer. I've got great balance and with a little core training I believe I'd also make a great flyer. I'm also a rather good dancer, I take classes every day.
I need tips on working my core muscles fast, learning tricks again (these girls can throw double back handspring roundoffs and all kinds of insane tumbles). My goal is at least a back handspring or better (varsity requirement). Advice, help, experience, fellow gymnasts %26amp; cheerleaders?Tumbling! I need to get in shape and get ready for tryouts ASAP! I would find a friend to take a tumbling class with, you could carpool.
Ask the best tumbler or a good one for a private informal class.
Talk to the coach. If you have no ride because of working parents or something, she will probably be sympathetic.
There is cheerleading with minor tumbling. You could have parts in the routines that require less.
Be good at everything else.
Practice basic tumbles, like cartwheels, roundoffs, and handstands. Not anything more.
See if there is an open gym day at the gym and if you can get a ride that one day. There are coaches there to help.

i have finished taking my 1st ever pack of mycrogon 30 and i am half way through my holiday . i have red that its safe to take the 2nd packet back to back . but my mum is very strict . she does not know i am on the pill and she always asks me when i am due for my period . so can i take the 2nd packet back to back and when iam supposed to be due on . i can take the 7 pill free days then . because that will be in the middle of the 2nd packet . or cant i do that ? x

If you are running two packs together, you don't have any 7 day break. You finish one packet and then start the next packet the following day.
You then have your 7 pill free days at the end of packet 2.
You say you are half way through your holiday... so have you started the second packet already? If you have had more than 12hrs gap, between the end of pack 1 and the beginning of pack 2, then you're too late to start the second packet and will need to continue with your 7 pill free days as normal.

its not really so bad with his face its mostly behind his ears,
ive tired turning the water on really low and petting him and stuff and trying to gently wash behind his ears he just really hates it when it gets in his ears but it only gets in his ears when he tosses up his head when im trying rinse them

Giant sponges!! They work really well and that is what our grooms use and what I use on my horse. My mare hates water anywhere near her face and she'll try to flip herself over in the crossties if you try to spray her face with the hose, she doesn't care how much you try and comfort her lol. She doesn't mind the sponge though (she actually likes it) and in my experience, most horses like the sponge because the water won't go into their ears.

First, I'd like to know what you think about my writing. Here's a couple little bits (completely unrelated to each other):
1.There's nothing quite as bleak as this. A table full of middle-aged men with pockmarked noses, cheeks rosy with drinks, and too-loud laughs. They've forgotten their inside voices and their tact. They're swapping dirty jokes and inwardly remembering how long it's been since their wives last let them touch them. Tables nearby glance at them, embarrassed, talking in hushed tones and shaking their heads. Tomorrow they'll go back to their desks with headaches and bloated bellies but tonight they feel like kings, like comedians, reckless and foolhardy and everything they used to be but somehow lost along the way.
2. The thing about Alice was that she was singularly talented in hindsight. Life, for Alice, was a trial. She would wax poetic about that thing that happened last year, and how much better things had been that one time that wasn鈥檛 now, despite the fact that she had been miserable about them then too. It seemed that for Alice the absolute zenith of her life had occurred at birth, and everything that followed had been a bitter disappointment. I don鈥檛 mean to imply that Alice hadn鈥檛 been dealt a fairly rough hand, she had, the woman looked like an angry bassett hound and had limbs so doughy, paper white, and deeply lined with varicose veins that they likened a road map. In short, she wasn鈥檛 attractive, far from it, and she deeply resented the universe and the powers that be for it. They had done this to her, and she would exact retribution by being powerfully unpleasant.
Also, I have a problem with only being able to write little sections like these and not turning them into something bigger. I feel like I get one part that I like, and then worry about ruining it if I go on with it. Any advice about how to get past that?
And, one more, any suggestions for good websites for writing tips/sharing?I could use opinions and advice. Help me please?

Just keep writing and as you do the words on the page will form their own ideas.
As for webites, there are thousands out there and all you need to do is just type ';fiction writing tips'; ';writing information'; ';writing fiction'; etc.. etc.. in Google and it should come up with heaps. That's what I do and I have found many good websites by doing that.
Another helpful thing to do is Google Images the scenes that you are writng about. Sometimes seeing an image of what you are writing about can inspire you to think of something to add and so on....

You can't think to much about what your writing, and save the editing for after its done. Just go with the flow and ignore your gut telling you; 'it sucks!' or, 'its not as good as it could be!'... fix that all in the end.
as for the two story things, I don't necessary like the first one, but not because its not good, just because its not my kind of thing to read.
in the second one, its very good but you use her name too much, and your details are a bit too much at times. Description is good, but not when it gets in the readers way to imagine things.
Nice writing. As I am a writer prone to creating little chunks of randomness, I would suggest figuring out what you want the characters you have created to do. What are their strengths and weaknesses? How do they affect the story? You might try writing short stories. Or, you might simply keep writing little chunks and maybe you'll find that you can connect them in some way.
you know, honestly, i didn't like this. it didn't pop, it didn't jump or ';hook'; me. i kept on reading, hoping that it would and kind of trying to see where these excerpts would take me. nice use of adjectives but they were too watered down for me, personally. i see what you were trying to do with the description but the adjectives were watery ( i know i'm repeating myself here).
KNOW YOUR ENDING. That's first and foremost for ';me';, at least. Every successful writer I've seen interviews about or read some of their advice, has said that. perhaps ';that's'; why these are just chunks like this because you don't know your ending, don't know where the story is
going.

KNOW YOUR ENDING. That's first and foremost for ';me';, at least. Every successful writer I've seen interviews about or read some of their advice, has said that. perhaps ';that's'; why these are just chunks like this because you don't know your ending, don't know where the story is
going.

Whistler job search and general advice - HELP!?
I've just graduated from university and I'm interested in going to Whistler for this coming ski season (November-April). I would want to find a job - any kind would be good...something like a ski-lift operator, cleaner, child care, whatever's available!
I would also need to find some form of accommodation. It would be best if this were included with the job but if not, I'm open to other possibilities.
So, I basically need some advice on how to find a job/accommodation. Also, which particular resort should I be looking at, or are they all roughly the same? Is it important to be near/in Whistler town or not?

I have two best friends, one's a guy, and one's a girl.
We do EVERYTHING together, we're always with each other. The guy (let's call him Pat) told me he liked me, but he wasn't going to show it because he knew it would hurt our friendship.
Meanwhile, my boyfriend, who I spent a lot of my time with, broke up with me. The girl (we'll call her Meg) told me to shut up and stop crying. But Pat let me cry on his shoulder and supported me.
Then... I started liking Pat back. I told him that, because I didn't want to hide it. He was okay with it.
But, Meg secretly likes him (I know that because I know her well enough to read her body language). I haven't told Meg I like Pat, because she will hurt me. Like physically hurt me.
I can understand that because she likes him. But one day, we were telling ghost stories in the dark and I grabbed Pat's hand because I thought it was Meg's, because I was going to play a prank on her. She got so mad that she punched me in the face.

It seems like you and Pat are more emotionally mature than Meg is. All three of you can be friends and like each other and get along together if you really try. When you have special feelings for someone it's best not to tell anyone else, even your best friend. If she finds out that you have those feelings for Pat and gets mad, then she is really not your best friend. You might have her for a best friend, but that's not how best friends are, they are happy when good things happen in your life.

My horse really hates getting his face rinsed off does anyone have advice to help me with it?
its not really so bad with his face its mostly behind his ears,
ive tired turning the water on really low and petting him and stuff and trying to gently wash behind his ears he just really hates it when it gets in his ears but it only gets in his ears when he tosses up his head when im trying rinse them

I usually brush all the dust off with a face brush then rub it with a damp wash cloth. I bought this stuff (I think it's called White Chrome...) to enhance his blaze and cover up dirt.
If it's just when it gets into his ears I've heard of some people putting cottonballs in their horse's hears to prevent hair from falling in when clipping. They could just bother him more though.

Giant sponges!! They work really well and that is what our grooms use and what I use on my horse. My mare hates water anywhere near her face and she'll try to flip herself over in the crossties if you try to spray her face with the hose, she doesn't care how much you try and comfort her lol. She doesn't mind the sponge though (she actually likes it) and in my experience, most horses like the sponge because the water won't go into their ears.

I wouldnt recommend using a hose that close to his face or ears in any case, just a soft sponge - sooooooo much kinder, takes a bit more time, but for sure nicer for the horse.

Our grooms use big soft natural sponges to wash the head,face and ears ,the horses don't mind it at all,they are Arabian show horses so they have been bathed this way from the time they were very young. Try it with a sponge ,I hope it works for you and your horse.

I could use opinions and advice. Help me please?
First, I'd like to know what you think about my writing. Here's a couple little bits (completely unrelated to each other):
1.There's nothing quite as bleak as this. A table full of middle-aged men with pockmarked noses, cheeks rosy with drinks, and too-loud laughs. They've forgotten their inside voices and their tact. They're swapping dirty jokes and inwardly remembering how long it's been since their wives last let them touch them. Tables nearby glance at them, embarrassed, talking in hushed tones and shaking their heads. Tomorrow they'll go back to their desks with headaches and bloated bellies but tonight they feel like kings, like comedians, reckless and foolhardy and everything they used to be but somehow lost along the way.
2. The thing about Alice was that she was singularly talented in hindsight. Life, for Alice, was a trial. She would wax poetic about that thing that happened last year, and how much better things had been that one time that wasn鈥檛 now, despite the fact that she had been miserable about them then too. It seemed that for Alice the absolute zenith of her life had occurred at birth, and everything that followed had been a bitter disappointment. I don鈥檛 mean to imply that Alice hadn鈥檛 been dealt a fairly rough hand, she had, the woman looked like an angry bassett hound and had limbs so doughy, paper white, and deeply lined with varicose veins that they likened a road map. In short, she wasn鈥檛 attractive, far from it, and she deeply resented the universe and the powers that be for it. Another helpful thing to do is Google Images the scenes that you are writng about. Sometimes seeing an image of what you are writing about can inspire you to think of something to add and so on....

You can't think to much about what your writing, and save the editing for after its done. Just go with the flow and ignore your gut telling you; 'it sucks!' or, 'its not as good as it could be!'... fix that all in the end.

in the second one, its very good but you use her name too much, and your details are a bit too much at times. Description is good, but not when it gets in the readers way to imagine things.

Whistler job search and general advice - HELP!?
I've just graduated from university and I'm interested in going to Whistler for this coming ski season (November-April). I would want to find a job - any kind would be good...something like a ski-lift operator, cleaner, child care, whatever's available!
I would also need to find some form of accommodation. It would be best if this were included with the job but if not, I'm open to other possibilities.
So, I basically need some advice on how to find a job/accommodation. Also, which particular resort should I be looking at, or are they all roughly the same? Is it important to be near/in Whistler town or not?

I have two best friends, one's a guy, and one's a girl.
We do EVERYTHING together, we're always with each other. The guy (let's call him Pat) told me he liked me, but he wasn't going to show it because he knew it would hurt our friendship.
Meanwhile, my boyfriend, who I spent a lot of my time with, broke up with me. The girl (we'll call her Meg) told me to shut up and stop crying. But Pat let me cry on his shoulder and supported me.
Then... I started liking Pat back. I told him that, because I didn't want to hide it. He was okay with it.
But, Meg secretly likes him (I know that because I know her well enough to read her body language). I haven't told Meg I like Pat, because she will hurt me. Like physically hurt me.
I can understand that because she likes him. But one day, we were telling ghost stories in the dark and I grabbed Pat's hand because I thought it was Meg's, because I was going to play a prank on her. She got so mad that she punched me in the face.
IT WAS AN ACCIDENT!
Now, we both want to tell Meg that we like each other, but it's not going to hurt our friendship, but I'm afraid she'll get really mad at me and possibly hurt me.
I want to tell her in person with Pat there, so if anything doesn happen, he can separate us. I'm afraid that if she finds out by reading my messages or getting a text message from Pat while on my phone, she will get so mad she might completely block me out of her life.

It seems like you and Pat are more emotionally mature than Meg is. All three of you can be friends and like each other and get along together if you really try. When you have special feelings for someone it's best not to tell anyone else, even your best friend. If she finds out that you have those feelings for Pat and gets mad, then she is really not your best friend. You might have her for a best friend, but that's not how best friends are, they are happy when good things happen in your life.

One way is more foreplay. Have him please you first (orgasm), then have intercourse. That worked for me.
Another way that worked for me is using lube like KY or Astroglide and add it to the foreplay by him putting it in. It adds extra lube for easier sex.
You may not be turned on enough. Try more foreplay. If it still hurts then go and buy some good Ky lubrication, if you aren't lubricated enough it will cause excess friction and hurt really bad. i have finished taking my 1st ever pack of mycrogon 30 and i am half way through my holiday . i have red that its safe to take the 2nd packet back to back . but my mum is very strict . she does not know i am on the pill and she always asks me when i am due for my period . so can i take the 2nd packet back to back and when iam supposed to be due on . i can take the 7 pill free days then . because that will be in the middle of the 2nd packet . or cant i do that ? x

Follow the instructions on the packet. Either take the pills and then have the 7 day break or do it back to back. Don't just have half a pack and then break. It won't be as effective.
However, I do think that you ought to let your mum know that you are on the pill. If you were taken ill they would need to know any medication that you are on. If you are old enough to be taking the pill then you are old enough to be discussing it with your mum. If it is the fact that you are worried she'll know you are sexually active then tell her the doctor put you on it for period pain. But either way, keep the lines of communication with your mum open. its not really so bad with his face its mostly behind his ears,
ive tired turning the water on really low and petting him and stuff and trying to gently wash behind his ears he just really hates it when it gets in his ears but it only gets in his ears when he tosses up his head when im trying rinse them

Giant sponges!! They work really well and that is what our grooms use and what I use on my horse. My mare hates water anywhere near her face and she'll try to flip herself over in the crossties if you try to spray her face with the hose, she doesn't care how much you try and comfort her lol. She doesn't mind the sponge though (she actually likes it) and in my experience, most horses like the sponge because the water won't go into their ears.

First, I'd like to know what you think about my writing. Here's a couple little bits (completely unrelated to each other):
1.There's nothing quite as bleak as this. A table full of middle-aged men with pockmarked noses, cheeks rosy with drinks, and too-loud laughs. They've forgotten their inside voices and their tact. They're swapping dirty jokes and inwardly remembering how long it's been since their wives last let them touch them. Tables nearby glance at them, embarrassed, talking in hushed tones and shaking their heads. Tomorrow they'll go back to their desks with headaches and bloated bellies but tonight they feel like kings, like comedians, reckless and foolhardy and everything they used to be but somehow lost along the way.
2. The thing about Alice was that she was singularly talented in hindsight. Life, for Alice, was a trial. She would wax poetic about that thing that happened last year, and how much better things had been that one time that wasn鈥檛 now, despite the fact that she had been miserable about them then too. It seemed that for Alice the absolute zenith of her life had occurred at birth, and everything that followed had been a bitter disappointment. I don鈥檛 mean to imply that Alice hadn鈥檛 been dealt a fairly rough hand, she had, the woman looked like an angry bassett hound and had limbs so doughy, paper white, and deeply lined with varicose veins that they likened a road map. In short, she wasn鈥檛 attractive, far from it, and she deeply resented the universe and the powers that be for it. They had done this to her, and she would exact retribution by being powerfully unpleasant.
Also, I have a problem with only being able to write little sections like these and not turning them into something bigger. I feel like I get one part that I like, and then worry about ruining it if I go on with it. Any advice about how to get past that?
And, one more, any suggestions for good websites for writing tips/sharing?I could use opinions and advice. Help me please?

Just keep writing and as you do the words on the page will form their own ideas.
As for webites, there are thousands out there and all you need to do is just type ';fiction writing tips'; ';writing information'; ';writing fiction'; etc.. etc.. in Google and it should come up with heaps. That's what I do and I have found many good websites by doing that.
Another helpful thing to do is Google Images the scenes that you are writng about. Sometimes seeing an image of what you are writing about can inspire you to think of something to add and so on....

I have the exact same problem with making fantastic little tidbits into equally fantastic stories... It is very hard. You just have to go with it though. You can't think to much about what your writing, and save the editing for after its done. Just go with the flow and ignore your gut telling you; 'it sucks!' or, 'its not as good as it could be!'... fix that all in the end.
as for the two story things, I don't necessary like the first one, but not because its not good, just because its not my kind of thing to read.
in the second one, its very good but you use her name too much, and your details are a bit too much at times. Description is good, but not when it gets in the readers way to imagine things.
Nice writing. As I am a writer prone to creating little chunks of randomness, I would suggest figuring out what you want the characters you have created to do. What are their strengths and weaknesses? How do they affect the story? You might try writing short stories. Or, you might simply keep writing little chunks and maybe you'll find that you can connect them in some way.
you know, honestly, i didn't like this. it didn't pop, it didn't jump or ';hook'; me. i kept on reading, hoping that it would and kind of trying to see where these excerpts would take me. nice use of adjectives but they were too watered down for me, personally. i see what you were trying to do with the description but the adjectives were watery ( i know i'm repeating myself here).
KNOW YOUR ENDING. That's first and foremost for ';me';, at least. Every successful writer I've seen interviews about or read some of their advice, has said that. perhaps ';that's'; why these are just chunks like this because you don't know your ending, don't know where the story is
going.
Chuck Palahniuk, the author of the book FIGHT CLUB http://aram.free.fr/divx/images/fight_cl鈥?/a> said that when writing that book, he said he wrote down 8 rules for the story. he said that he could go anywhere with the story as long as he always made his way back to those 8 rules.

I have a problem..haha and now I'm admitting it.
I've had a boyfriend of 4 years...well on and off but for 2 years it was consecutive. He treats me EXTREMELY well and he is my best friend. When we started dating, we were in our freshman year of highschool...well from 9th grade to the beginning of 11th was our on and off stage. We were generally off because he decided he wanted something else or couldn't be faithful. This happend 3 times and I guess you could say he cheated but he didn't sleep around. He kissed 2 other girls during those two years and both times we broke up but in time we eventually got back together because we just have that chemistry and are just so comfortable with eachother.
Well to justify and defend him...we were in high school...which is a time to experience dating. You shouldn't be tied down like you are married in high school so I forgave him and the ';offs'; were for the better because we got to experience what was out there and figured out that we just were right for eachother.
Well now we are entering our first year of college. He is going 2 hours away and I CANNOT get over my jealousy. I feel like it is jsut an insecurity with myself. For the last year and a half he has been faithful and we both have matured majorly...our relationship has more depth to it. But I just can't get over it. I get jealous of girls so easily. He is a friendly, funny guy. He is the guy that keeps everyone laughing and can get along with everyone so of course he will make friends with girls which is fine...but I just have this feeling in the back of my head...what if he finds something better. I feel crazy and I feel so juvenile and little girl-ish for feeling this way. I don't show it much towards him I just bury it deep inside ha...but I don't want to smother him with my thoughts of jealousy because I know that can drive a person insane. He is protective over me but at the same time he trusts me. I do trust him but I think I just have issues trusting anyone and I've been burned by people in the past so I'm just so paranoid. When I do bring it up occasionally...he tells me not to worry and that there is no way he will find something else...or he just blows it off...which he also said 2 years ago and then we broke up later...but we were also both like 15 years old so you know...
But although we have matured we are both still just entering our first year of college..so we are still young and there is still temptation and opportunity out there. HOT GIRLS AT COLLEGE. ugh

k girly. im married and this **** still happens. i have a reason to not trust my guy too but when it really comes down to it you can worry as much as you like but it will just drive you insane and not let you focus on school. he isnt going to college to meet other girls. and if he has been with you for this long he obviously loves you very much.

Talk to your doctor but I would take the prenatal vitamins because they do have other things in them besides the regular one a day vitamins. The new thing now is to take DHA which helps the babies development and that isn't in the one a day pills. If you don't have a perscription for these from your doctor you can always try the over the counter prenatal vitamins until you can see your dr. As far as the bleeding I guess it is sometimes common in a lot of women. I bled into the second trimester and I had a healthy baby.I am in my 6th week of pregnancy? i need ur advice,pls help?

one a day women's is fine to take.(my ob/gyn said so) i took it for both my pregnancies. (i have a 3 year old and a 4 month old). take the vitamins and eat healthy and you'll be just fine. congrats!!
Stop taking the one-a-day vitamins...when I was pregnant, the prenatal vitamins made me sick, so my doctor told me to take 2 flintstone vitamins a day. The recommended amount of folic acid for a pregnant woman is 600mcg per day...2 flintstone vitamins have just over 600mcg of folic acid.
Well, I don't know why your doctor did not prescribe pre natal vitamins for you yet. ( They usually give you the prescription when you find out that you're preagnant. I took regular prenatal vitamins in both preg.
If you are worried about folic acids eat a healthy diet that includes foods that contain folate, the natural form of the vitamin. Such foods include fortified breakfast cereals, dried beans, black beans, lentils, leafy green vegetables, orange juice (from concentrate it's best , liver, carrots, egg yolk. maybe it's not too yummi but will helps prevent birth defects of the brain and spinal cord.
Walk and swim will help you a lot. And you're not going to gain too much weight.
