so jere i go me a 21 year old guy liking a girl form class .so we are not kind of friends and all but i really like her so i am planning to propose(not for marriage but just to be a girlfriend ) her ,now the problem is as i said i don't know her much and have just spoken on couple of occasions but not much either .the other thing is my class is going to get over soon and i might never meet her again .so should i go and propose her or will that freak out her .?Need some some advice so pls help everyone ?

why don't you start by exchanging numbers, then asking her out on a date and ind out what she's interested in and see how things go from there. Unless she already likes you, and you already had a connection then yes go ahead and ask her to be your girlfriend.
