Hi im 17 years old and i have a hydrocele. for those that dont know a hydrocele is a sack like mass that has abdominal fluid that went into it for one reason or another and didnt empty correctly, resulting in what looks like another ';ball'; in my sack. Its kind of embarassing to think about if a girl were to go down there and be like...why do u have 3 balls? so doctors my parents tell me one of my testicles took a long time to drop when i was an infant and they think this is the cause for it. but it only appeared when i was around 15. i did havea hernia at one point and i have seen a urologist. i got a ultrasound and the doctor examined the main hydrocele (which is about half the size of my testicle around, but still a little noticeable) and said i also have a very small, pea sized one as well. he said i shouldnt worry about them and that i wont need surgery unless they start to cause pain or get bigger. im not worried about the pea sized one cause not even i noticed it, but im just really self conscious about the bigger one and i want to know what you think i should do. personally i dont want it. and to the women, do u think i should get it removed? would u freak out if u saw that when u were with a guy?NEED A DR'S ADVICE/HELP and women's opinions?

you know what? I think that everyone has something that they are really paranoid about but really i think it would be a slightly amusing story. just be confident and laugh about it and girls will take the cue from you. if you start to be paranoid and insecure girls are gonna start acting the same way because you are cueing them to .. it is psychological.
